Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. You may also cancel before your order is delivered.

To withdraw, email shikysw@gmail.com with your order number, stating your intent to cancel.

Returning the item
After notifying us, please return the item within 14 days. It should be unused and in its original condition; if it shows signs of use beyond checking its nature and function, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the reduced value.

Refund
Once you've notified us of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount paid, including your original shipping cost, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we've received the item back, or you've provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if there's anything wrong with it. We will evaluate the issue and determine next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-EU/EEA orders
For orders shipped outside the EU/EEA, refund requests are accepted only before your order has shipped. Once shipped, we're unable to offer a refund, though damaged or defective items are still covered under Damages and Issues above.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
