Refunds
You can ask for a refund only before the shipment of your order has been initiated. Once the parcel is sent, no refund is possible.
To qualify for a refund, please email us at shikysw@gmail.com and explain the reason for your cancellation. We will process your refund upon confirmation. You will get your money back on the same payment method you used within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take longer to complete the transaction. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, please email us at shikysw@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if there is anything wrong with it. We will evaluate the issue and make futher decisions.
